Camera Solution

The SoundCam Ultra is the first and smallest handheld camera in the SoundCam family that creates acoustic images from audible and ultrasound. The system is intuitive and easy to use. The SoundCam Ultra locates sound sources in real time and displays the results instantly on the screen.

The SoundCam Ultra can be used in a very wide frequency range up to 100 kHz, making it suitable for a wide range of applications, such as locating compressed air leaks and partial discharges. Wit itssmall, ergonomic design and low weight, the SoundCam Ultra is an excellent measuring instrument, even for hard-to-reach places.

The SoundCam Ultra consists of 72 microphones with a sampling rate of 200 kHz, an optical camera, an integrated data acquisition and analysis system, and a display and control unit with touch screen and hardware buttons. The system displays high-resolution results on the screen in real time. The high speed and accuracy make the system special even in a very high frequency range up to 100 kHz.

Power generation and powerlines, highly durable X-ray systems are well-suited to the challenging needs of power generation and electricity industries. Whether it’s a nuclear power plant, wind turbines, or any other type of power generation facility, our systems have unique and proven abilities for detecting damages in power lines, QC, installation, and maintenance, for voids, sleeve alignments, clamps, soldering, core cracks, and more.

X-ray systems are lightweight and fully portable, with wireless capabilities, reaching the necessary heights for any location. High quality, accurate digital radiography allows you to benefit from immediate results, straight from your laptop screen, for on-the-spot verification of component integrity, and detection of crucial defects, such as sleeve conductor failures.

Corona Camera / UV Camera – Sonel

Innovative solution for the detection of UV emissions

The design with emphasis on high functionality allows detection and monitoring of corona, arc and surface discharges in the power industry. It is a method for ongoing analysis of the technical condition of equipment, for example HV lines, and for locating problems before damage or major breakdowns occur.

UV-260 is a high-end, professional, yet lightweight and intuitive device, allowing for simple and fast remote diagnosis of installations without the need to interfere with their operation. Due to its latest generation imaging system and highly sensitive UV detector, the product allows events to be observed and recorded under both visible and UV light. In addition, images can be saved as photos or videos.

In the case of complex and extensive testing of power systems, i.e. power lines, it is a major problem to determine the potential failure area accurately. This is why Sonel has opted for a comprehensive solution. UV-260 has a built-in GPS receiver, recording the location of the photo or video taken.

Overview

Sonel KSF-360 uses quantum well infrared detector, which can accurately find NH SF, leakage point through thermal imaging. This portable thermal camera can detect leaks from a safe distance, therefore it can greatly ensure the safety of operators. In addition, it can also track some harmful gases to make contributions to environment.

Features

  • QWIP, sensitivity 15 mK
  • SF NH, gas detection sensitivity ≤0.001 ml/s
  • Passive thermal imaging, specific background & auxil iary light source is not required
  • SF INH, gas imaging leak detection and thermal temp measurement
  • Pictures and videos are stored in SD card directly
  • 5 megapixel visible light
  • Small size, weighs only 2.8 kg
  • Durable, intelligent operation

Heavyweight for thermography

Behold the highest class of thermal imagers that offers temperature measurements of substantial accuracy. Robustly designed and constructed, they are ideally suited for:

  • troubleshooting electrical installations, wiring, panels, motors, breakers, transformers, switchgear, and electrical equipment,
  • monitoring the thermal performance of industrial manufacturing processes,
  • identifying overheating of mechanical and electro-mechanical components,
  • inspecting buildings for insulation leaks, energy audits, HVAC/R equipment, water damage, and pests,
  • locating hidden heat sources (of people, animals, objects) in dark or low-light conditions.

The touchscreen as well as the lens swivel independently to view objects of interest that are difficult to access from any angle. The large number of functions, intuitive handling and excellent ergonomics make the KT-650 imagers perfect for every advanced thermographer.

Beyond the limits of visibility

Regardless of whether you take photos or record videos, the Sonel KT-525 cameras, equipped with modern detectors, a wide range of temperature measurement and high-quality lenses, ensure highly detailed images and accurate measurements.
